Inconvénients
This place reeks of nepotism. If you don't get referred by someone that works there, you will get fired eventually. They do not know what they are doing and there is no onboarding or standard operating procedures. Each team does whatever they want, and some teams have it together, but most don't. It feels like high school in the office.
