      Avantages

      Fun products, great engineering and design talent

      Inconvénients

      Bipolar management, constantly changing initiatives. CEO and leadership team emotionally unstable. VP of R&D is a poor business manager that regularly uses employee layoffs as a way to make quarterly numbers. Little respect for people and the talents they bring to the job. Won't be long before they will have to close up shop because there is nobody left to do the work.

      Avantages

      When working here, I was constantly challenged and grew a lot in my career, but most of this was self imposed. If you enjoy free reigns and are self disciplined this will work perfectly for you. The people make this company what it is.

      Inconvénients

      There is no direction and no communication. If you are looking for guidance I would recommend looking at a place with more structure.
