However, over time, management shifted toward heavy micromanagement, which made it difficult to work efficiently and take ownership of tasks. This change impacted overall morale and productivity.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Extreme micromanagement is the biggest issue. Employees are required to log their work down to the minute in a productivity tracking system, which feels more like surveillance than management. This creates a stressful environment, lowers morale, and limits productivity rather than improving it.
