      It is very chill and a friendly environment to work at

      sometimes dealing with the kids can be difficult but other than that no problems

      Avantages

      I have yet to find anything good about Logiscool.

      Inconvénients

      They treat franchisees as employees and not in a good way rather than as partners. Marketing has no imagination. They use stock photos Website is HORRIBLE! They reject all input from franchisees. Onboarding of new franchisees is slow and HORRIBLE! CEO only hires people who agree with her and it shows poorly throughout the organization. Only a few countries are successful.
