      Avantages

      Depending on the department you're working in you'll learn a lot. Some people at LFS/PRIMO are extremely qualified and will teach you eveything you need and more

      Inconvénients

      At the same time, depending on the department you're working in you'll encounter unqualified people giving you directions with 0 acknowledgment on how the logistics industry works. Also, the salaries are below what the market offers. Communication between departments is awful and the whole company lacks structure.

      Avantages

      LFS DBA as PRIMO presented itself nicely from a marketing perspective, and generated traffic via both Linked In and other areas within the marketing efforts internally. Energetic and knowledgeable CEO with expert level understanding of the 3PL climate and technology.

      Inconvénients

      Within the larger segment of the sales organization there was little guidance and strategy, and the larger mission was fueled by private investment vehicles that didn't align with the overall origin/heritage of the company. From a pricing perspective all products where not competitive in the marketplace and the transformation plans of the company weren't aligned with the market dynamics in logistics, from a domestic perspective.
