      Avantages

      This has been such a hard time for the world and I am so proud of the way Long View has responded to these challenges. I have gotten the flexibility I needed to manage my work and personal life and all of the uncertainty that has been a part of this pandemic. No one is perfect and I truly believe the people at Long View care about their staff and communities and that is at the core of everything they do.

      Inconvénients

      It's a fast paced company that is in a very important field to support people working remotely - so don't expect a slow paced job.

      Avantages

      Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

      Inconvénients

      No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
