      As it is a scale-up, the structure is not yet well established. These are more growing pains of which management is well aware.

      C'est un environnement de travail au rythme rapide ! Nous travaillons vraiment dur, mais nous jouons aussi dur (toutes les plaisanteries et les blagues mises à part).

      - The product is awesome and people are genuinely excited about it - Exciting growth opportunities

      Inconvénients

      - Majority of the company is in Europe so the work/life balance is tough for Americans (I needed to log on at 6am 2-3 days/ week to keep up)
