      Work timings could be improved or a hybrid mode can be considered, as 10–7 feels a bit hectic. Upgrading the coffee machine and providing food facilities would also enhance the workplace experience.

      The team is very young. So unlike big tech you do not get a lot of hand holding, mentorship etc. Plus its a young startup so building at pace can feel chaotic
