      Staff. Good staff. Good culture

      Inconvénients

      Lack of direction. Business stuck in the 2000's. Lack of investment in the infrastructure but willing to invest in the location and office. Management is run by clueless white men. No way to work your way up. When senior white men leave, your job is at immediate risk.
