If you are looking to work in the Sales Department for this company don't. The investors call all the shots, and upper management, including the CEO are completely voiceless, and just figures. With that said, average closing size for a deal can take upwards of 3 months, and the deal sizes are very very small. If you are looking to make a lot of money through sales, this company isn't it. There is very little structure, which means the company is inherently unorganized at every level. Feedback from your manager? There isn't any don't bother. Last, there is little room for growth in a company that does not look at the bigger picture, their biggest competitors are miles ahead of the game.
