      Avantages

      Lua's startup status provides everyone with the opportunity to work with almost every department on every project. The unique Hawaiian-based culture promotes collaboration and a flattened hierarchy. Management is very flexible and accommodating when it comes to hours and vacation time. As an intern, I had a wonderful experience.

      Inconvénients

      There are no culture/work-related cons. The office itself houses 80% Lua staff and shares the other 20% with two other startups. It might be cool just to have a Lua-only office.

      Avantages

      Great culture, product continuing to develop and improve, great management, and flexibility. If you are looking for a challenging, yet rewarding sale then Lua is the place to be.

      Free lunch on Friday's and relatively relaxed environment.

      Inconvénients

      If you are looking to work in the Sales Department for this company don't. The investors call all the shots, and upper management, including the CEO are completely voiceless, and just figures. With that said, average closing size for a deal can take upwards of 3 months, and the deal sizes are very very small. If you are looking to make a lot of money through sales, this company isn't it. There is very little structure, which means the company is inherently unorganized at every level. Feedback from your manager? There isn't any don't bother. Last, there is little room for growth in a company that does not look at the bigger picture, their biggest competitors are miles ahead of the game.
