Small amounts of normal human error are tolerated without punishment - a few "kick up the behind" comments from co-workers Really lovely inclusive team - nice banter but everyone welcomed Hours are daytime Mon-Fri with early finish on Fridays

Work is seasonal and warehouse staff are employed via agency, so can be laid off at any time Otherwise none really - if you work hard and keep the (2025) warehouse manager informed of any issues, you're trusted to get on with the job
