This is a great place to be if you are similarly minded. Employees are friendly, driven and frown on excessive hubris. Employees are rewarded with excellent benefits, and above average compensation. Active ownership with open door policy. Products are demonstratively the best in class.

Lumencor is quick paced and change is continual. If you are uncomfortable with the sorts of things company growth demands, this is not a place you will be happy. Lot's of PhD's in management who are driven by data. You must support your role with tangible facts and cogent arguments.
