      Avantages

      I worked as a remote math content author for Lumos on six different contracts last year. The company representatives I dwelt with were very flexible, fair, and easy to work with. They had a lot of work and gave me a good deal of it during the time I was available. Their directions were clear, concise, and easy to follow.

      Inconvénients

      Pay could have been a little better.

      Avantages

      Genuinely nice people who work hard and want to make a difference in the industry. The CEO and the other leaders are open to feedback and strive for the company to get better with each execution. On the leading edge of AI and EdTech.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the team is in India so scheduling calls can be challenging.

      Avantages

      I am part of the IT/Marketing team at Lumos. Having previously worked in large companies, I am finding this opportunity in a small company set up very rewarding. I work closely with customers and build some cool stuff. The vision and commitment of the team are phenomenal. The experience is comparable to working at a research lab in an IVY league school. You will love it here if you enjoy a fast-paced environment and solving challenging problems.

      Inconvénients

      Company needs to hire more people to support sales, hr and marketing. Benefits are mediocre. Rapid growth and small crew results in unexpected work on a regular basis. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a lot of structure and direction.
