I am part of the IT/Marketing team at Lumos. Having previously worked in large companies, I am finding this opportunity in a small company set up very rewarding. I work closely with customers and build some cool stuff. The vision and commitment of the team are phenomenal. The experience is comparable to working at a research lab in an IVY league school. Company needs to hire more people to support sales, hr and marketing. Benefits are mediocre. Rapid growth and small crew results in unexpected work on a regular basis. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a lot of structure and direction.
