Avantages

Nice office space and location. People appear to be nice and friendly, at first. The work is easy with no standards or accountability.

Inconvénients

Discrimination is tolerated. Doesn’t comply to labor laws for exempt/non exempt employees. Complete lack of leadership or mentorship. Unprofessional atmosphere. Upper management acts like children with temper tantrums. Very unhealthy work culture. No one gets promoted. They are not interested in advancing you to the next level or investing in you.

Avantages

I absolutely loved working for Chris Osborn. He allowed me to get my hands in many phases of design and trusted me to complete tasks on my own without micro-managing, as my other internships were. Office is clean and bright and is a great location. Pretty good culture even though there's not too many people there.

Inconvénients

Projects weren't too exciting despite being good experience. Could definitely be a little too quiet at times. Satellite office made me feel a little disconnected from the company as a whole.

Avantages

great view of Tampa Bay independent work environment if you show initiative you get your own projects work hours are flexible

Inconvénients

zero severance when laid off little to no variation in type of projects not much emphasis on design did not encourage envolvement in community or pay AIA or AAIA dues
