Great health insurance plans but plan on using much of it for mental health. Lots of flexibility, especially to cry in closets of empty apartments. Used to be a great company to work for, and it COULD be that way again

Well known that if certain C-Suite execs do not like you, you will be on the "hit list" and will be out the door if you sneeze the wrong way. Simply look at their job postings to see the remarkable turnover rate. Coworkers fear for their jobs on a daily basis and wonder who is the next to be let go. A mass exodus could be on the horizon. Senior Execs try to stress work life balance, but they are just talking heads and really don't see what is going on.
