      Avantages

      Location was excellent. People were great to work with. Compensation was fair and annual bonuses were fair. Generally a good place to work morale-wise.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication and mentoring. Would have been much better if there were regular "state of the company" meetings and communication.
