Inconvénients
Highly unequal. Lack of clear and transparent rules. Case-by-case fixes rather than transparent policies. Lack of honest communication and honest culture (they do not walk the talk). There are first-rate and second-rate employees. There is a confusing and inadequate job structure and pay scale. Loyalty to top management is the key to survival. High attrition. High burnout in specific departments.
