MBDA regroups the best of each country’s culture to make those national differences a strength developing a strong Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Huge sense of belonging working in an innovative environment in order to develop, produce and deliver cutting edge technologies within our products for our nationals and export customers. Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.
Inconvénients
Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.
