      Avantages

      -The culture is strong within this company. Most people I met are great & friendly, but work in different departments from where I am. -Very interesting place to work. -If you like to deal with computer/server hardware, this place is for you.

      Inconvénients

      -Some employees out there may treat you differently, which leads to frustration and disinterest in building a future career within the company. -Was NOT mentioned about mandatory overtime at the interview, only available overtime. Yes overtime is nice, but at times there are other things that need to be done out of work.

      Avantages

      The company is innovative, flexible, lean, and quality focused which places it on the road to long term success. Everyone's input is valued no matter how small. The culture within the company breeds a get it done right attitude. There is no bureaucracy and no need to CYA because everyone is respectable of each other. The company treats their employees with great respect, and they also contribute to the community. As an employee, you will constantly be learning new things and there is enough variability that tasks won't become mundane and redundant.

      Inconvénients

      Limited growth and advancement potential from certain positions. Some more internal competition would incentivise their employees to contribute more with their talents. It can be easy to get too comfortable in a position.
