      Avantages

      Excellent position to hone your skills to move on to something else, not necessarily within the company. Flexibility was a real asset with family obligations.

      Inconvénients

      The use of numbers to determine an employees worth and ability to move anywhere in the company versus best utilization of employees skills. Leads to frustration and eventual disinterest in job.

      Avantages

      The company is innovative, flexible, lean, and quality focused which places it on the road to long term success. Everyone's input is valued no matter how small. The culture within the company breeds a get it done right attitude. There is no bureaucracy and no need to CYA because everyone is respectable of each other. The company treats their employees with great respect, and they also contribute to the community. As an employee, you will constantly be learning new things and there is enough variability that tasks won't become mundane and redundant.

      Inconvénients

      Limited growth and advancement potential from certain positions. Some more internal competition would incentivise their employees to contribute more with their talents. It can be easy to get too comfortable in a position.
