      Inconvénients

      Mobbing, wilder Aktionismus, kein Plan / Strategie, kein Weitblick, ein selbständiges Arbeiten, fehlende Innovation, Grüppchenbildung / man hat seine Liebchen / hoher Nasenfaktor Die eigentlichen Probleme werden nicht angegangen Hohe Kontrolle, Misstrauens-Atmosphäre – offen darf man nichts sagen Schlechte Stimmung / Arbeitsklima, hohe Fluktuation - als AG nicht zu empfehlen
