You will become overworked, underpay, they will shut down the Plant and not pay you, women are walked all over as it is full of masculine toxicity, you will not be able to leave and take your vacation days because you are expected to use them when they close down the Plant when they don't pay you, the only people that matter are the operators, if you are a salary that don't mess with your pay and they will not promote within unless you are already in the office area. This is the worst place to work with uneven environmental conditions, Pest Control, everyone doing whatever they want and HR focusing on the wrong problems within the plant. I have never dealt with such a horrible HR person. Jackie is the worst and has a big ego so if you ever question HR she will put a Target on your back and come after you. Read all the reviews on the company and you will see what she is all about. If you are foreign they will hire you because they know that they can run your life and not have to worry about anyone complaining. Jackie is terrible and should have been fired years ago before whatever reason she is still there
