      MDC looks for management from many different industries. That way we can add diversity into our leadership approach. The current CEO has deep industrial experience in manufacturing and business. The management team supporting him has collectively more than 150 years of experience in this business. We are happy to report that in the last two years the business is growing at about 30% per year – reversing a trend of 20 years of decline. Thank you for your feedback.

      Overall a positive place to work with good people. Very clean building with AC! Employee Meal provided monthly.

      Bad management, alot of shot callers who doesn't know what they're doing.
