      Avantages

      Pay is decent, benefits are ok, lots of overtime

      Inconvénients

      Mandatory overtime, lazy co-workers who get away with everything, punishes good workers, no bonuses and only a 100 dollar gift card for Christmas, bad management, no leadership and no accountability. Everyone is basically doing what they want without communication They keep asking more from production workers with incentives like t-shirts or hats ? People want their bonuses back Making more than ever and giving their employees nothing but stern reprimands as a whole instead of picking out the bad workers and firing them. Total black hole. Watch out for theiving co-workers too.

      Four Day Work Week, Clean Facility

      Inconvénients

      Started out as a great place in the beginning, but the place seemed to be making it up as they go. No clear idea of how to setup processes, no clear idea of what each person's job responsibilities were, and the work culture suffered for it. lost track of the number of new plant managers had while was there, I didn't bother knowing their names becausel knew they would be gone in two or three months. You could tell that they prioritized one department and abandoned the others, yet they still would hound you over rates and keeping busy even when other employees did nothing all day. In the end, management is what killed this place, they don't care about anybody on the floor. They fired many vital senior employees midweek with no notice and then threw their workload on the ones remaining, but hey look the place is very clean and shiny. I'm sure the shareholders will love that.
