Poor management team, supervisors lacked of incompetence. I'd say badmouthing & giving side eyes are their expertise. Company failed to protect their own staffs. Low-paying job. You won't be compensate enough. Supervisors would rather save themselves than the teachers on ground. No matter how hard/long you've been in the organisation, they won't acknowledge your time & efforts unless you've been with them for more than 10 years. The leaders will play the staffs out. It is definitely not worth joining this organisation. Toxic environment & unhealthy for mental health. It is draining. I've been in this organisation for years, it took me a while to realise that it is not worth staying. Turn over rates are very high!
