I went through extensive training program and have learned customer service skills as well as knowledge of the alcohol industry. My manager and colleages are super helpful. Great staff, competive compensation and benefits. Management is supportive and easily approached. MHW makes me feel very valued and is invested in my development. The turnover is not super high and for a good reason.

Once your hours are set, you cannot alter them.

conflict of interest with the supervisor hiring their own family to the team.
outsources employees from out of country and you will be kicked to the curb once they find cheaper labor.
