Avantages

It's a great company for beginners. I've learned a lot and had the chance to try new things. Full-time employees enjoy various benefits. The company campus is full of greenery.

Inconvénients

The company falls short in various aspects, including infrastructure, basic facilities, and employee work. Toxic leadership in many departments fosters a divisive environment, where employees seem more aligned with their specific departments than the company's overall goals. There's a notable absence of empathy, and communication could be improved. Moreover, the company adheres to traditional management practices and evolves at a gradual pace.

Quality is not important to me...make a shape of valve...produce more numbers

Quality is not important to me...make a shape of valve...produce more numbers as like as from a process industry...put it for packing, nothing more...KSB only wants for money...I will did it in any way. If the order is less I will make the money from the salary of low profile management staff. If I want an AUDI car I will collect the cash from my subordinates...I have only b tech and a fake MBA...so I am not interested to appoint m tech and above. I didn't give response to my subordinates for their clever decision...it may make de-respect towards me. So I do just opposite what their suggestion. High salaries and promotions only for the spys who worked for me..I protect my chair with my slipping tounge. All best creation in the factory is mine and worst I made going to others. I increased salary for Q A not to doing their work properly. I crushed the employees who work sincere to their jobs and seniors who worked for the company in their whole life... KSB implement idea management for better productivity... I shootout all ideas...the idea man in the company must be me...all peoples are fools...no need of ideas came from subordinates to discourage me. but due to enquiry from pune idiots I made an idea .all the operator trainees will get confirmation only after they give an idea for productivity to company. I OFFERS BIG SALARY & POSITION ON INTERVIEW. BUT WHEN THEY JOIN I STEP DOWN BOTH
