There were some very kind people who worked in management, but they could not help you when Monte Black attacked you because they were afraid of turning his attention on them.

Monte Black was an absolute terror in the office. He yelled at people, cursed at them, threw things at them, and loved ordering women to do things he KNEW weren't in their job descriptions, but felt they were 'women's tasks.'
The 'good old boy' mentality is alive and well, at MPW
