Everyday Company invokes with Emergency Changes and Fire in Market. Core Teams are understood to deliver on time, but this does not apply on HR, You will never get your Appraisal on time for that you need to wait for more than 3-4 month every year. No vision, no strong policy, no perk and benefits to employees in terms of appraisal,promotion,grievances, etc 4. HR department is powerless 5. No working culture, people come for exposure but unfortunately gets exploit.
