      Management is very flexible, however things are changing with the recent acquisition with MRM becoming RAPP and now being owned by Omnicom.

      Changes to our benefits now that we are owned by Omnicom.

      Avantages

      The people are fun and the team I was on had a lot of senior leaders, which was great to have exposure to.

      Inconvénients

      There was a lack of documentation of processes so having to learn on the go. Not much support for a junior role, so it would be good to have that during stressful situations. Very low pay compared to the market expectations.
