Inconvénients
They outsource up to 80% of their staff, something that creates a lot of differences among employees. Not only in the wage you earn but on extra things you don't get, but others do, because "it's not offered in your contract". Lack of chances to move forward They are too relaxed and that creates a lot of troubles that could be prevented. People don't want to engage, at all. It's really difficult to get a real answer on regards to issues to might involve more than one area, in due time you end up doing tasks you weren't supposed to due to this. People stay for a while and leave because of this, they told you they don't hire anyone and still, you do see others being selected, that hardly helps you to fall in love with the company, quite the opposite I'd say.
