      - People management ineffective - Employees can get burned on death march projects with fundamental leadership issues not addressed - Employee Turnover and light at building trusting long term relationships with employees - Everything is managed through confrontation and belittling - Lack of scale and growth strategy - Exodus of talent a consequence

      great culture for a financial firm, free lunch, drinks, snacks, fruits, good office, good people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      technology is lagging behind, the firm has grown too large too fast and needs to play catch up with its technology.
