      Avantages

      I love the diversity at this network. Company pays well if you have experience from other places. The location is also great at Rockefeller Center.

      Inconvénients

      Company doesn't train managers well, and doesn't invest in training employees to move up. Very few growth opportunities. The company needs to invest in more staff. Many teams are understaffed and those employees are stressed because of it.

      Great leaders, access to talent and executives. Sense of comraderie and community.

      Inconvénients

      Media is a shrinking industry, layoffs, reorg changes, not a lot of opportunity for growth financially

      There are some incredibly smart and dynamic people you can learn from here. The company still has prestige.

      Inconvénients

      Very top-heavy. Leadership doesn't seem to value good work. People fail up.
