      Company in turmoil, little future as cable declines. Old media, irrelevant in the digital world. New leadership isn't connected to employees and cares little to get to know the team.

      There are some incredibly smart and dynamic people you can learn from here. The company still has prestige.

      Inconvénients

      Very top-heavy. Leadership doesn't seem to value good work. People fail up.
