If you want a 2.5-3% raise at best, this is your place to work. Performance/effort is not tied to raises. 6 Cardboard signs on all conference rooms for "Accountability, Customer Commitment, Invest in our Future and other BS" are all propaganda. New operations management just beats the drum harder and tries to squeeze out productivity from a procedure ridden company structure. The real issues of the company are not being addressed: under staffing of engineers and designers, late deliveries, employee training, hindering procedures, and low morale. Used to be a great place to work, now is turning into a barren wasteland of staff on edge, projects not meeting target delivery dates, customer complaints, and lack of trust in middle and upper management.
