      Avantages

      Working at MTSI you are truly part of an incredible team. There are many opportunities across the company to get involved and to grow in your role. Even to expand to different job opportunities within the company if you feel the need for change.

      Inconvénients

      In supporting the customers sometimes your schedule is not a normal 9-5, Monday through Friday. But it's always worth it.

      Great company, great benefits, and great senior leadership support and management of company

      Inconvénients

      MTSI has several large hub locations (i.e. Alabama, Ohio, Florida, etc), but I wish they were in more locations.
