      Not organize Puerto Ricans in leadership who are illiterate. Shows favoritism to PR because the owner is PR. Duties are redundant and not professional. If you're coming in thinking of using previous security experience forget it. Make up rules as you go. Decent Prog Mgrs are intimidated , harassed, and pushed out

      if you like shift work it’s not really a con, but if you don’t like shift work it’s something you should take into consideration.
