      Avantages

      You get to work on some really great clients

      Inconvénients

      The work environment is extremely toxic. The owner is nasty towards employees and takes personal stress out on the team. Never looped in on anything then yelled at for not knowing. No benefits provided. The role is a coordinator, AE and manager combined but compensation does not reflect that.

      The agency has really amazing clients

      Inconvénients

      - Lack of internal structure more time spent handling internal issues than client work -No one was trusted to do simple tasks without management approval - No upper management and CEO was not involved in the company day to day - Agency has a poor reputation within the industry because of poor results - It seems like the CEO does not want to get results for her clients but would rather spend her time verbally abusing her junior staff - Lots of employee turnover - Clients are unhappy due to previous record of poor results and lack of communication from the agency
