Avantages

No pros. two out of twenty employees are chill.

Inconvénients

No words to describe how lazy the upper management is. They barely do anything and get paid the most. They treat their JAE's like slaves calling them on the weekends. No boundaries and no benefits. You pay 50% of the health insurance after three months. Pay is only 50K for a position that forces you to be the intern, JAE, showroom coordinator, slave, and AM roles (client facing). They don't know how to operate, brand new to los angeles. They are built on blind sending and you don't actually get to do what you were hired for. Read the rest of the reviews. It is all 100% true! They fire people like it's nothing so no one takes it seriously. It really doesn't mean anything to be fired by MVPR. Unfair treatment and lazy attitudes. Forces you to finish the work even if it goes long after hours. We were forced to stay till 1 am for an event. Imagine working from 9am to 1am with no overtime pay or any compensation. This is the type of work they expect. They expect you to do everything for free or you lack 'professionalism' and 'work ethic'. (not true). Please think carefully before working here.No room for growth!!! They have no money so they will never give raises or promotions.

Avantages

The agency has really amazing clients

Inconvénients

- Lack of internal structure more time spent handling internal issues than client work -No one was trusted to do simple tasks without management approval - No upper management and CEO was not involved in the company day to day - Agency has a poor reputation within the industry because of poor results - It seems like the CEO does not want to get results for her clients but would rather spend her time verbally abusing her junior staff - Lots of employee turnover - Clients are unhappy due to previous record of poor results and lack of communication from the agency
