Avantages
-Possibility to work on big international projects -Good as life-experience for a couple of months/years. -Good to learn the storytelling of projects.
Inconvénients
- Toxic and stressful working environment. - Colleagues are often in competition with each other. - No group feeling, lack of collaborative environment. - Concept ideas imposed top-down from the Partners, often Ego-centric. - Limited long-learning approach due to the repetitive tasks. - Poor long-term vision of the company in Sustainability matters. No future-proof.
