Thank you for this review, and we are glad you are enjoying the fulfilling work and environment. Unfortunately social care is a sector which is not always easy to recruit to, but we are glad to say that there are a number of interviews taking place at the London services as we speak, and we have had a great response to recent adverts.

Support from Management and staff, friendly environment, fun places to work,

Inconvénients

Night workers lack of sleep, lots of cleaning on top of the care, don't see management as they leave before we arrive for our shift

Flexibility, great understanding of wellbeing, supportive people with good values

Inconvénients

Pay is higher at other non-charitable organisations, however the culture and work-life balance makes up for the slight difference in pay
