      Low pay, long hours as days is 14 hours and nights is 10 hours, no scheduled breaks, tiredness is not understood by management

      Support from Management and staff, friendly environment, fun places to work,

      Inconvénients

      Night workers lack of sleep, lots of cleaning on top of the care, don't see management as they leave before we arrive for our shift

      Avantages

      Flexibility, great understanding of wellbeing, supportive people with good values

      Inconvénients

      Pay is higher at other non-charitable organisations, however the culture and work-life balance makes up for the slight difference in pay
