Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Salaries are average and above for charter, company is fiscally sound and pays their bills. Pilots are relatively autonomous on the road and not second guessed constantly. Equipment is good, use common sense. Don't have to think about work on days off. Average 8 days off a month, schedule posted monthly. Good people to work with, as always in aviation.
Inconvénients
On the road constantly. Schedule changes often based on when crew swaps can be done at home base, $$. Average 8 days off a month. 10-5 Stated, but is as needed: typical 135. Nothing ever changes.
