      -Career progression if desired. -Open to ideas from any level of staff member. -Further education paid for if interested. -Approachable and understanding higher ups. -Family Owned. -Good Salary. - Bank holidays off. - Continually Expanding Business. - Annual staff parties. -Flexibility

      Inconvénients

      Very few but to nit pick some, - Sometimes difficulty communicating. - Older Practices, need a bit of a refresh. - Some inconsistency through out the company.
