Good people to work with, but terrible ownership - Avis employé Barista Mademoiselle Colette

Coworkers are fantastic, great tips, customers ROCK! Such a diverse, multi-national workforce. I feel right at home.

Kitchen is small; sometimes the rush can put pressure on them but they're always great about it.

My experience at Mademoiselle Colette was disappointing. Despite its polished image, the internal work culture is marked by high pressure, lack of recognition, and poor management communication. 🔹 Lack of respect and clear communication 🔹 Little consideration for employee well-being 🔹 Rigid and stressful work environment I left the company to preserve my well-being. Not recommended if you are looking for a supportive and respectful workplace.
