Inconvénients
Growth opportunities for freelancers are structurally limited. While the workload and schedule mirror full-time roles, freelancers are rarely considered for high-impact projects like curriculum development. These opportunities are typically reserved for staff, meaning experienced freelancers are often restricted to repetitive training tasks despite having valuable insights to contribute. Additionally, the lack of benefits isn't fully offset by the higher hourly rate when you consider the long-term career stagnation.
