Some team contributions went unrecognized, even when performance metrics were high. Delegation of responsibilities was uneven, sometimes leaving key tasks to senior staff while management remained largely disengaged. Opportunities for growth and promotions were more influenced by internal politics than performance. Overall, the work environment lacked consistent support, recognition, and a focus on professional development. Employees went ignored
