      Avantages

      The only pro to working here is a few awesome co-workers and the residents.

      Inconvénients

      We’re basically babysitters. Benefits are horrendous. Corporate cares nothing about employees. Turnover rate is trough the roof. Pay is low. Workload is insane and they add more and more daily. They have zero appreciation for you.

      Avantages

      Have loved my experience with this company and my supervisors. They have been paying my student loans off for me, and have other continuing education programs.

      Inconvénients

      Not advanced as far as technology goes.
